How do I cancel my membership?

We understand things change, and you can cancel your Monthly Sales Boost (MSB) Membership anytime with just one month's notice.

To cancel, simply log in to your account, head to "Manage Membership," and click the cancel button within your dedicated member portal.

Your membership will officially end at the close of the next full monthly billing cycle, following the month we receive your one month's notice.

Cancellation Example:

If you decide to cancel your MSB Membership and provide us with your one month's notice on July 15th:

  • You will still be charged your regular membership fee on August 1st (for the August strategy).
  • You will continue to have full access to the August strategy video for the entire month of August.
  • Your membership will formally end on August 31st.
  • You will not be charged on September 1st.

I've purchased a strategy. Can I get a discount if I buy another?

Absolutely! We truly appreciate your support and are thrilled to hear our strategies are helping boost your sales. Just reach out to us, and we'll be more than happy to arrange a discount for your next purchase!

Why am I being charged again so soon after joining the Monthly Sales Boost (MSB) Membership?

We understand why that might seem confusing! Here's how our billing works:

Our new strategies are uploaded and become accessible on the 1st day of every month. This monthly cycle ensures the value you receive aligns perfectly with your membership fee.

Our system is set to bill on the 1st day of each month to match the release of this new content.

If you joined and paid your full monthly membership fee within the last 5 days of a month, and then see another charge on the 1st day of the very next month, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll be happy to adjust your first membership fee to ensure fairness.

What is the refund policy?

Due to the nature of digital products, which are instantly accessible upon purchase and cannot be returned, all sales of digital documents are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase is completed.

By purchasing a digital document from JIK10, you agree to this no returns and no refunds policy.

About strategies

Where can I find my strategies?

  1. Go to the top right corner and log in with your email address.
  2. Navigate to your Profile.
  3. Click on "watch strategy now" to view the strategies.

Why can't I download the strategies?

Our strategies are designed for convenient online viewing and aren't available for download.

For those who've purchased Tailored Strategies, you'll find your access link embedded right in your account. The best part? There's no expiry date, so you can review and rewatch your personalised strategies whenever you like!

For our Monthly Sales Boost (MSB) members, you can access the current month's strategy anytime. If you want to rewatch it, just use the same link we provided – it's available for you the entire month!

I'm having technical trouble and can't access the strategies. What should I do?

In the unlikely event you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or watching your purchased strategies, please contact us immediately at ideas@jik10.com within 7 days of your purchase. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you can view your content.

Do my strategies expire?

Tailored Strategies never expire; you can always access them through your account.

For Monthly Sales Boost (MSB) Members, a new strategy video is released on the 1st of every month. This means as long as your membership is active, you'll have access to that month's strategy video.
