Cancellation policy

This Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all services offered by us ("we," "us," or "our") to customers worldwide. By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

1. General Principles

1.1. International Applicability: This Policy is designed to apply globally, subject to any mandatory local laws that cannot be derogated from by contract. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and any such mandatory local law, the mandatory local law shall prevail only to the extent of the conflict.

1.2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

1.3. Policy Updates: We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Policy on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.

2. Service Type 1: Tailored Strategies (One-Off Video Access)

2.1. Nature of Service: "Tailored Strategies" provides customers with one-time, non-downloadable, and non-shareable access to a video containing strategic content, delivered via a unique link provided by us upon successful payment.

2.2. Payment: Payment for "Tailored Strategies" is a one-off, upfront fee.

2.3. No Cancellations:

  • All sales for "Tailored Strategies" are final. Due to the immediate and intangible nature of digital content access, once payment is successfully processed and the access link is provided to you, the purchase is considered complete and irreversible.
  • We do not offer cancellations for "Tailored Strategies" under any circumstances, including but not limited to, non-use of the provided link, dissatisfaction with the content, or changes in personal circumstances.
  • By completing the purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-cancellation policy.

2.4. Access and Usage Restrictions:

  • The provided video access link is for the sole use of the purchasing customer and is strictly non-transferable.
  • The video content cannot be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or shared in any manner.
  • Any unauthorized sharing, downloading, or distribution of the video content will constitute a breach of these terms and may result in immediate termination of access, and may also be subject to legal action for intellectual property infringement.

3. Service Type 2: Monthly Sales Boost (MSB) Membership

3.1. Nature of Service: "Monthly Sales Boost (MSB) Membership" provides recurring access to strategic content on a monthly basis, subject to a monthly auto-renewal.

3.2. Monthly Renewal and Billing:

  • Your MSB Membership will automatically renew on the 1st day of each calendar month ("Billing Date") at its standard monthly rate.
  • By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your designated payment method on each Billing Date for the upcoming month's membership fee.

3.3. Flexible Cancellation with Notice:

  • You may cancel your MSB Membership at any time without commitment.
  • A minimum of one (1) full month's notice is required for cancellation. This notice period ensures continuous access to the strategy for the period you have paid for or will pay for.

3.4. Cancellation Process and Effective Date:

  • To cancel your MSB Membership, you must provide notice either through your dedicated member portal or by sending an email to jik10.advisor@gmail.com.
  • Your membership will formally conclude at the end of the next full monthly billing cycle following the month in which your one month's notice was received.

3.5. Cancellation Example:

If you decide to cancel your MSB Membership and provide us with your one month's notice on July 15th:

  • You will still be charged your regular membership fee on August 1st (for the August strategy).
  • You will continue to have full access to the August strategy video for the entire month of August.
  • Your membership will formally end on August 31st.
  • You will not be charged on September 1st.

4. Business Protection Clauses

4.1. Intellectual Property: All content provided through our services, including but not limited to videos, strategies, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of us or our licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4.2. Service Availability and Modifications: While we strive to ensure continuous access to our services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, or modify any part of our services, or to update content, at our sole discretion without prior notice. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice for significant changes where feasible.

4.3. Limitation of Liability:

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
  • In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the services exceed the amount you paid us for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

4.4. Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this Policy due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labour, or materials.

4.5. Data Privacy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our collection and use of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website, which complies with applicable international data protection laws.

4.6. Severability: If any provision of this Policy is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render this Policy unenforceable or invalid as a whole. Such provision shall be modified and interpreted so as best to accomplish the objectives of the original provision to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4.7. Entire Agreement: This Policy, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and us.
